By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Glow'd Up Beauty & Esthetics provides aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to injectable treatments, laser services, facials, IV infusions, and skincare consultations. All services are performed by licensed professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Shows: No-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may require full payment for future appointments.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also offer financing options through third-party providers. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows but may be applied to rescheduled appointments with proper notice.
5. Medical Disclaimer
All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks. Results may vary. We recommend consulting with our provider to discuss your medical history, goals, and any concerns. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow'd Up Beauty & Esthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
