1. Introduction

Welcome to Glow'd Up Beauty & Esthetics ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Glow'd Up Beauty & Esthetics provides aesthetic medical services including but not limited to:

• Botox and Dermal Fillers
• Laser treatments (Pico Laser, Helix, etc.)
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Microneedling and skin resurfacing
• Chemical peels
• IV Infusion therapy

All services are provided by Gloria Hoskins, FNP-C, a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Deposits: A deposit is required for most services to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• No call, no show appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit at our discretion.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All aesthetic treatments are performed by a licensed healthcare provider. However:

• Results may vary from person to person.
• Individual results are not guaranteed.
• All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is not medically appropriate.
• You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies during your consultation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and financing through Cherry.

Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of service, less any deposit already paid.

Financing: Financing options are available through Cherry. Terms and conditions apply. Subject to credit approval.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments. Minors may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and the guardian must be present during the consultation and treatment.

7. Liability and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• You acknowledge that aesthetic treatments involve inherent risks and agree to proceed at your own risk after being fully informed.
